Salary: £27k - £30k, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week, with a 30-minute unpaid break)
Contract: Term-time only (40 working weeks + 4.809 weeks holiday pay)

The Daily Special (Your Responsibilities):

• Serve up hot and cold meals for breakfast and lunch
• Daily food preperation and cooking
• Keep waste low, standards high, and your kitchen spotless
• Lead your team with confidence, humour, and the occasional spatula
• Stay on top of stock, orders, and safety compliance
• Handle customer feedback like a pro (and use it to make things better)
• Plan and manage hospitality events as needed
• Complete the essential admin (yes, even Catering Managers have paperwork)
• Coach your team to greatness, ensuring training and performance hit the mark

You’ll Need to Bring:

• Legal right to work in the UK and 5 years’ UK residency (for vetting)
• Ability to pass a full security check (DBS and beyond)
• Relevant culinary qualifications and/or hands-on kitchen experience – schools or similar settings are ideal
• Solid understanding of financial systems, stock management, and P&L
