Overview

Catering Assistant at ATG Entertainment. Our live entertainment venues deliver exceptional hospitality and experiences for audiences. The Princess Theatre is South Devon’s largest regional theatre, hosting a range of performances and dining options, including the Teatro café and Ice cream hatch, with pre-theatre dining overlooking the bay.

Our Bistros are small, busy restaurants offering pre-show meals and drinks in our largest UK theatres. This role is ideal for enthusiastic and proactive people who enjoy working at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Work across bar, table service and kitchen roles in our Bistros, delivering value and quality meals within a limited pre-show service window.
• On show nights, shifts open one or two hours before the show; shifts are usually in the evenings and last around four hours, making this a great part-time role for people with other commitments during the day.
• Maintain fast-paced service to ensure customers receive a great value, quality meal before the show starts.
