A procurement service provider is seeking a Senior Category Buyer to deliver procurement services across the South West. The role offers flexibility in working arrangements, requiring expertise in public sector procurement and competitive procurements. This is a full-time temporary position with a competitive pay structure. Candidates can work hybrid or remote as needed.

Working arrangements: We are very flexible and there is no specific requirement to be in the office for any set period of time; the role is based on business need. Our team provides procurement services across the South West to Devon & Cornwall Police, Avon & Somerset Police, Dorset Police, Wiltshire Police and Gloucestershire Police. Candidates can be based anywhere in or around the SW.
Working week is 37 hours, but this can be worked flexibly across 5 days; part time would also be considered.
The main skills required for this role are a thorough understanding of public sector procurement regulations and experience in leading competitive procurements.
This is a full‑time role on a temporary basis.
