Job description

Overview

The Perse Sports Centre is looking for a Swim Helper to join their team. The Swim Helper will assist the Swim Teacher in delivering high quality swimming lessons by supporting learners in the water, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for all learners. The postholder’s main responsibility will be to provide safe and effective assistance to swimming lessons in line with guidance from a swim teacher. They will be expected to provide a welcoming and pleasant class atmosphere to all pupils in lessons, whilst maintaining the high standards held within the swim school and being aware of all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

This is a casual zero hours contract and applicants must be over 18.
