Multi-Home Care Team Leader - Nights, NorseCare Services Across Norfolk

£15.96 (nights) equivalent to £31,951.92 Per Annum + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for Multi-Site Care Team Leaders to join the NorseCare Team working across our 33 Care Services in Norfolk on a casual basis. You will:

  • build strong relationships with colleagues, with a natural ability to lead, supervise and motivate others
  • support with the day-to-day management of staff across our establishments including coordinating short notice staff cover, handovers, inductions for new starters and recording/reporting around staff performance as required
  • set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care enabling our residents to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their care plan
  • oversee the administration of medicines in accordance with procedures where appropriate
  • respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care & support and communicating with other medical professionals as required
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence due to travel between our establishments
  • Previous experience working within a similar social care role
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor and motivate others
  • Able to work effectively as both an individual as well as part of a team
  • Willing to go that extra mile
