Main Responsibilities

• Assist with food service
• Work in adherence with Food Allergens information, service procedures and legislation
• Remain attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times
• Ensure all food and beverage products served are of the required standard, well presented, and served in line with service guidelines
• Maintain extensive knowledge of all products stocked, and any applicable promotions
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, reporting any equipment issues
• Ensure stock and products are rotated as necessary
• Be flexible & adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands or in line with any reasonable request
• All individuals must work in complete adherence to the company procedures set by Sodexo Live! and Newcastle United
