Casual Hosts are important in ensuring performances run smoothly, paying particular attention to the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of visitors. This varied role involves welcoming customers into the theatre, assisting with their varying needs, supporting the purchase of tickets, merchandise and serving refreshments.
