Qualifications

• Strong Commercial, stakeholder, and supplier management experience at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven experience in a Risk, Compliance, Legal or Operations Function.
• Direct experience of a CASS environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of all Governance and management information materials by the Client Asset Protection Team.
• Provide support in overseeing the firm’s engagement in CASS internal and external audits.
• Support with overseeing completion and review of the CMAR return, advising the Head of Client Asset Protection.
• Participate in relevant CASS Industry forums and maintain up-to-date knowledge around CASS rules.
