A community healthcare provider in Hull and East Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated nurse to join their integrated community nursing team. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, requiring teamwork with health and social care partners. Applicants should have a nursing diploma and a history of community care. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary ranging from £38,682 to £46,580 annually and requires a valid UK driving license.
The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group in their own homes and residential settings. You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative. Experience of community nursing is advantageous.
Due to the nature of the post the applicant will be expected to travel across many sites within the Hull & East Riding area providing care in the community, therefore would need to demonstrate that they could do this safely and effectively using their own vehicle and must have a UK driving licence with business use insurance and the vehicle must be suitable for business purposes.
