Carpenter & Joiner – Coatbridge

Annual salary up to £34,315.86 per annum, plus company benefits.

Full Time Permanent, 40 hours per week 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday.

Company van and fuel card provided.

Day‑to‑Day Duties
  • Support the Voids team with all refits and refurbishments to homes and council properties in North Lanarkshire.
  • Carry out all joinery works required, including hanging fire doors, fixing windows and doors, lock changes, repairing kitchen units and bathrooms, and floors.
  • Provide high levels of customer care at all times.
  • Use PDA to log daily jobs, update progress, assess works and complete tasks.
  • Materials stocked in van; purchase from Jewsons and Hughs Gray accounts where accounts are held.
Role Criteria
  • Experience in carpentry.
  • UK full valid driving licence.

Advantageous: social housing experience and knowledge of other trade disciplines.
