Overview

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing exceptional support to clients across Alton and the surrounding villages in East Hampshire.

In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their homes and communities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

To provide the best care for our clients, we are specifically looking for Care Professionals who can offer:

  • Morning availability (essential)
  • At least 2 evenings per week (essential)
  • Every other weekend (essential)

Alongside other availability.

This role requires candidates to hold a full driving license and have access to their own vehicle.

Please note: All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing warm and respectful support with personal care, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Helping with household tasks and errands to keep clients comfortable and independent.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
  • Following tailored care plans to meet each person’s unique needs.
  • Offering friendly conversation and companionship to brighten someone’s day.
  • Keeping accurate records using our easy-to-use mobile app.
What We’re Looking For
  • A caring and patient nature – experience is great, but not essential!
  • Good communication skills to build trust with clients and families.
  • Basic IT skills for updating records and online training.
