We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our Care at Home team in Aberdeenshire.

This rewarding role is offered through Pin Point Health and Social Care, where we support individuals in their own homes to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to each client’s individual needs
  • Support daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility
  • Assist with light household tasks and offer meaningful companionship
  • Encourage independence and support clients in making their own choices
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified care environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, care coordinators, and external professionals
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of care provided
About You:
  • Patient, calm, and empathetic
  • Adaptable to new environments and care situations
  • Committed, dependable, and passionate about providing quality care
  • Comfortable working one-on-one with clients
  • Experience in care is essential however full training and support are provided.
