Job description

Location: Wickmeads, 2 Wickmeads Road, Tuckton, Bournemouth, BH6 4LG

Pay: £14.15 - £14.65 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours over 3 days per week (including alternate weekends)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join the team at Wickmeads, our residential and dementia care home based in Tuckton.

What you will be doing
  • Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
  • Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
  • Administration of medication to residents
  • Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
  • Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's
