A supportive care organization in Prestwick is seeking Care Support Workers (female only) to assist individuals in achieving their personal goals. You will provide essential support within a caring team, helping residents live independently. A driving license is essential, alongside strong interpersonal skills. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with training opportunities available.
Rate: £12.60 per hour + benefits

Contract: Includes 12-hour shifts, evenings, nights, sleepovers & weekends (full time and part time contracts available)

What You’ll Bring:
· A full UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):
· Experience supporting people with additional needs
· Understanding of social care legislation and best practices
· Experience with support plans, risk assessments, or managing behaviours
· A relevant qualification in Social Care (or willingness to work toward one)
