  • You will ensure their safety, coordinate activities, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • You are warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (L2 applicants must undertake L3).
  • You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
  • You have previous experience managing team members.

Position Details
  • Contract: Fixed Term Contract
  • Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
