Watton Medical Practice is looking for a warm, confident, and proactive individual to join our reception team as a Care Navigator.

This is more than a front desk roleits a chance to be the heartbeat of our practice. As a Care Navigator, youll help patients access the right care, support our clinical team, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency.

What Youll Do:

Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and kindness

Handle calls and website queries with clarity and care

Book appointments and maintain accurate records

Guide patients to the most appropriate services

Invite patients for health checks, immunisations, and more

Main duties of the job

What Youll Be Doing:

Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a calm and friendly environment.

Handling incoming calls and website queries, offering clear guidance and empathetic support.

Managing appointments and maintaining accurate patient records with precision and care.

Navigating patients to the most appropriate services and clinicians based on their needs.

Proactively inviting patients for health checks, immunisations, and other eligible services.

Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks and contributing to a seamless care journey.
