Care Manager | Glasgow| Full Time | £28,000 – £33,000 (DOE)

Our client is a trusted and regulated domiciliary care provider delivering compassionate, person-centred support across England and Scotland. They are proudly registered with both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England and the Care Inspectorate Scotland (CIS), ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance in all their services.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the daily management of the domiciliary care service
  • Supervising, motivating, and guiding care staff to deliver excellent standards of care
  • Conducting care assessments, reviews, and ensuring care plans are accurate and person-centred
  • Monitoring compliance with CQC standards and company policies
  • Liaising with service users, families, and external professionals to maintain strong relationships
  • Assisting with rota management and ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Promoting a positive, supportive, and professional working environment
Qualifications
  • Hold a Level 3 SVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a senior role such as Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
  • Be a strong communicator, organised, and passionate about person-centred care
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
