Overview

Job Scope: We are recruiting for our client a motivated and capable Care Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across domiciliary and supported living services. The Care Manager will oversee daily care operations, ensuring all services meet regulatory standards and are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and consistency. The Care Manager will be responsible for supervising and guiding care staff, managing rotas, reviewing support plans, and conducting care assessments. They will act as the first point of contact for incidents, complaints, and safeguarding matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities, the Care Manager will play a key role in developing bespoke care packages and improving service delivery through regular audits and feedback. This role offers a structured pathway to becoming a Registered Manager, with full support and training provided.

Responsibilities
