A respected care charity in Sharnbrook is seeking an exceptional Home Manager to lead a dedicated team at Sharnbrook House Care Home. You will ensure high standards of care, oversee staffing, and ensure the home's compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and experience in managing care homes.
