We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced Care Home Manager to lead and manage our client’s specialist residential care service, offering rehabilitation support for adults with an acquired brain injury.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience within a care home manager position, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC rating
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements, legislation, and best practices in providing high-quality residential care services.
  • Hands-on experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
  • Prior experience in the application of grievance, disciplinary, and other performance management procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate and guide staff to maintain high service quality and morale.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to adapt in a dynamic care environment.
