Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience such as minor electrical, plumbing, joinery.
• Must have a Driving licence and own transportation.
• Willingness to receive training on current Health & Safety/Fire/EHO issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
• Carry out repairs as required or contact engineers/service agents.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly fire checks.
