You will collaborate with the Head Chef, manage daily kitchen operations, and uphold hygiene standards. The ideal candidate has a culinary qualification and experience in a busy kitchen. This role offers a flexible zero hours contract with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 and various benefits like paid DBS and annual leave.

• City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or equivalent culinary qualification (achieved or in progress).

• Plan varied menus with the Head Chef.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and stock.
• Ensure high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
