As a CHAPS, you will play a fundamental and integral role in supporting the nursing team in delivering the highest quality, personalized care to the residents. We now seek a Care Home Assistant Practitioner who is passionate about, and thrives on, making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.
Playing a fundamental and integral part of our united and extended care team you will assist in looking after the physical, mental and emotional needs of our residents to help us deliver the highest quality, individualised care they require.
As one of our Care Home Assistant Practitioners (CHAPs) you will collaboratively work alongside our fully trained Nurses to support and assist with the day to day nursing needs of our residents, thus allowing our Nurses the time and resource to tend to the needs of the more complex nursing requirements of some of our residents.
