Join Greensleeves Care as an Administrator

Would you like to continue your career with the number one care charity in England? Our Greensleeves Care Home, Henley House in Ipswich, is seeking an Administrator to provide administrative support for the Registered Manager.

We work as a team in the office, supporting each other at all times. You will be working in the main office alongside the Service Support Manager and the Care & Compliance Manager.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling general enquiries via telephone and correspondence, along with other administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining personal records of staff, including sickness, absence, holidays, timesheets, payroll, and filing.
  • Supporting the Registered Manager with recruitment advertising and onboarding new hires.
What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an office environment with general administration duties.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a professional and confident telephone manner.
