Elevate Care Ltd. is expanding our high-quality community support services, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to frontline care staff.
  • Conduct field-based spot checks, observations, and quality assurance assessments.
  • Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC standards, company policies, and individual care plans.
  • Mentor and coach staff to maintain high performance and excellent service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues, safeguarding concerns, and urgent service needs.
  • Complete staff supervisions, appraisals, competency assessments, and training refreshers.
  • Conduct care plan reviews, risk assessments, and service user welfare checks.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new care staff.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, including electronic systems and reporting logs.
  • Participate in the on‑call rota, covering two weekends per month and two weekdays per week.
  • Work collaboratively with managers, healthcare professionals, and families to achieve best outcomes for service users.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a care or support environment (essential).
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage competing priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it).
