Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched appropriately to Clients based on their care needs and proximity when possible.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency (preferred)
  • Motivated to provide first-class care
  • Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
  • Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential
  • Experience in conducting care assessments and reviews, and motivating care staff (preferred)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
  • NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
