About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a Care Co‑ordinator (Level 1) into our Mental Health Team who can deliver exceptional standards of person‑centred care and support to customers. This role will provide support to customers promoting and developing their life, health, and wellbeing.

  • Helping with preparation of meals and drinks.
  • Support with domestic household tasks.
  • Administer and record medication.

  • Active support techniques and positive behaviour support techniques to increase skill level and achieve set outcomes (training will be provided).
