Overview

We are looking for a Care Co-ordinator based in Taunton. Are you an organised, people-focused individual with a passion for high-quality care? We're looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator to join a friendly and professional team, delivering outstanding home care services in the local area. You don't need to have worked as a Care Coordinator before; if you have a background in providing care and would like to move into an office environment, we will welcome your application.

Position

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Taunton paying up to £28,000 PA depending on your experience. This role is working Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimise client and care professional schedules
  • Respond to last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently
  • Visit clients for assessments, reviews, and quality checks
  • Work closely with the Care Manager and recruitment team
  • Support in delivering training and participate in the on-call rota
  • Maintain accurate records using the care management software
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external care standards
