Please Note: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for all Home Instead Cleveland roles.

Responsibilities
  • Care for the same client’s week in, week out.
  • Provide companionship and help around the home, personal care, meal preparation and additional support to enable clients to remain in their own homes.
  • Deliver visits with minimum 1-hour duration, ensuring consistency in schedule where possible.
  • Follow training and best practices to maintain high-quality care across all assignments.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • No previous experience required; full training provided.
  • Flexible hours based on availability; ability to work early mornings, late evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for all CAREGiver roles.
  • Minimum commitment of hours per week as agreed (e.g., 7 hours minimum, with potential up to 20+ hours).
Benefits
  • Starting pay: £13.00–£20.00 per hour (rates may vary by role and location).
  • Bonus payment for CAREGiver training and DBS reimbursement after Care Certificate completion.
