Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking Care Workers in Heanor to assist elderly residents with age-related illnesses. Candidates will provide personal care and collaborate with the care team to ensure a high standard of service. This position requires a minimum of 3 months of relevant experience and up-to-date mandatory training. Immediate start opportunities are available with ongoing hours, offering £12.21 per hour, increasing to £13.33 after 13 weeks.

Qualifications

  • DBS dated within the last 6 months or facility to pay for one.
  • All relevant mandatory training up-to-date.
  • Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years.
  • A passion to make a difference.

Job Opportunity

Care Workers are needed within the Heanor area with immediate start opportunities available.

Role Overview

You will be working in an elderly residential home assisting residents battling with age-related illnesses. You will be expected to work effectively and professionally alongside the existing care team and to deliver a high standard of care, including giving personal care, following care plans and completing paperwork.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in a care environment
  • DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service or the facility to pay for one
  • All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these
  • Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years
  • A passion to make a difference

Hours & Pay

We have ongoing hours available for the right candidates. Shift times will be between 07:00 and 14:30 over the weekend. You will be paid £12.21 per hour, increasing to £13.33 per hour after 13 weeks of continuous work.
