Role

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at our award-winning Nursing Home Pentlands in Worthing.

Hours – 24 hrs per week

Week 1 - Saturday and Sunday - 8am - 8pm

Week 2 - Thursday and Friday - 8am - 8pm

Responsibilities
  • Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
  • Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
  • Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
  • Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
  • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More About You
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
