Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and comfort during the night.
  • Providing reassurance and companionship when needed.
  • Assisting residents with mobility and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Monitoring wellbeing throughout the night and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate care records and ensuring clear handovers to the day team.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a calm, safe, and restful environment.

£12.21 per hour

44 hours per week

8pm-8am

Birkdale Tower Care Home, located in the heart of Birkdale, Southport, is a beautifully restored landmark offering luxurious surroundings and exceptional, person-centred care. As part of the Sandstone Care Group, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel truly at home.

We are currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team and help deliver outstanding care during daytime hours.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and comfort during the night
