Overview

Park House - Care Nights - 36 hours a week. We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life. Here at Springcare, we believe that good carers have many great qualities that make them excellent at their job.

What qualities does it take to be a Care Assistant at Springcare?

  • to be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role
  • Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:
  • helping with washing and dressing
  • assisting with feeding and mealtimes
  • finding out and knowing residents interests and needs
  • general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Our care team provide 24-hour care, with day care shifts from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts from 8pm until 8am.

  • Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
