As a Care Assistant in reablement, you will help customers regain independence and continue living in their own homes. This may include assisting with personal care, mobility and meal preparation. No previous experience is required as training will be provided. After induction, you will be assigned a mentor who will work with you until you are confident in the role. With guaranteed contracted hours, we support progression within the company and provide ongoing specialist training, nationally recognised qualifications and well-being support.
Because this is a community-based role, you will need access to a car and a full driving licence with business insurance. We offer a tax-free mileage allowance of 45p per mile and payment for time spent travelling between customers.
