Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75 - £13.50 per hour + bonuses + mileage allowance
Expected Hours: 7 - 30 per week

We are hiring experienced Care Assistants for immediate start. Home Instead is one of the UK's leading home care providers. We support elderly clients to live independently in their own homes and are urgently looking for Care Professionals to join our team across Cheshunt, Goffs Oak, and Cuffley.

What You'll Do
  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Administer medication
  • Assist with moving & handling
  • Support clients with dementia, mobility issues, and complex health needs
  • Manage challenging behaviours with care and professionalism
  • Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role
  • Skilled in challenging behaviour, medication administration, and moving & handling
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS (Adult Workforce)
  • Reliable, compassionate, flexible, and confident in elderly care
  • Strong spoken and written English
Shifts Available
  • Early mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and nights
  • Flexibility is essential
