ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and help residents create positive moments and memories. Each day can be varied and rewarding, and you may undertake activities from supporting residents with food and drink and following care plans to ensuring one-to-one time with residents. This role offers the opportunity to use your skills in a meaningful way and develop your career.

ABOUT YOU
