Job description

Overview

The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of quality care to residents in line with the Care Home’s standards and will understand the need to promote privacy, dignity and independence while treating all residents with respect. They will be able to communicate and interact well with residents and others and demonstrate an empathy and understanding of the needs of older people.

Qualifications

• Some care experience
• QCF Level 2 qualification
• Medication qualification or willingness to undertake training for these qualifications
