Care Assistant

Based in Market Rasen

Salary: £12.21 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour

Areas covered & hours available
  • Market Rasen: 4pm - 10pm
  • Wragby: 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ideal but not essential

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role

About the role

We are looking for kind, reliable and caring individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant in Market Rasen. If you’re ready to support your local community and make a real difference in the lives of the people we care for, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care—always with dignity and respect.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
  • Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
  • Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone’s day.
Ideal candidate

The ideal Care Assistant is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support. You’ll be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, it’s not essential—we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Most importantly, you’ll share our values: a commitment to positive change, trust, professional excellence, and delivering personalised care.

Requirements
  • You have the right to work in the UK.
  • We are currently unable to accept applications from individuals requiring a Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship.
  • The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference verification.
