Care Assistant

Based in Market Rasen

Salary: £12.21 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour

Areas covered & hours available

• Market Rasen: 4pm - 10pm
• Wragby: 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ideal but not essential

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care—always with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
• Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone’s day.

You’ll be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, it’s not essential—we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
