Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care, support, and companionship for our older community.

Home Instead builds relationships by individually matching one of our trained Care Professionals to the person they support.

We never do short, task-led calls but visit for a minimum of 2 hours; employing local people, the vast majority of whom drive and are insured to take people out.

We schedule your visits with clients every week on the same day and time, allowing clients to know what to expect and when, and helping you structure your diary.

We provide home help and personal care, focusing on our clients’ emotional and social well-being rather than just time-and-task-driven services. Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms or have branded cars and are proud to be different.

Part-time or Full-Time Care Professionals are needed in Redhill, Reigate, Oxted, Caterham, Bletchingley, and surrounding areas.

No experience is required as award-winning training is provided.

We are recruiting Care Professionals to support clients and enable them to continue living independently at home. If you have a passion for helping people and some free hours, this could be the perfect role for you!

Please note that alternate weekend availability is essential for this role.

Clients also require personal care needs to be met.
