Care Assistant

Based in Horncastle

Salary: £12.21 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour

Hours: 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ideal but not essential

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
  • Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
  • Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone’s day.
Qualifications
  • Pass the right to work in the UK.
  • Commitment to positive change, trust, professional excellence, and delivering personalised care.
  • Previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
