A leading home care provider is seeking Care Assistants in Great Dunmow to assist clients with personal care and daily tasks. Offering both full-time and part-time roles with a peak pay rate of £10.00 per hour and comprehensive training. Ideal candidates will be motivated, caring, and committed to delivering high standards of care. Flexible working hours available, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: £8.25 to £15.00 per hour
Hours: Full time, Part time, Evenings Weekends
We Pay a Peak Rate of £10.00 per hour, 7 days a week between 7.00-10.00 am and 19.00-22.00 pm

We have both Full Time and Part Time hours with opportunities to work a guaranteed hours contract or to work flexibly. No experience necessary as full training and ongoing support is given to all who join the team.
Please note that initial training is a full week.
Typical responsibilities include assisting our customers with personal care such as washing and bathing, changing their clothes, medication prompting and some domestic chores around their home such as meal preparation and shopping whilst importantly giving them companionship.

Salary: £8.25 to £15.00 /hour
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the client and Caremark.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
