Job description

Our client is a gentleman living in his own family home in Ascot. As a member of his team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Administering medication
  • Supporting with care needs
  • Providing personal care
  • Assisting with moving and handling, To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
  • To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required.
  • To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
  • To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person‑centred care is provided.
  • To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
    Day team members must have a manual driving license.
  • Experience supporting with moving and handling.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
  • Experience supporting someone who uses BSL
    Choose to work full‑time or part‑time hours. Enjoy a fixed rota, with the option of overtime. Shift times to be confirmed but staff will be expected to work 24 hours including a sleeping night shift - Pay rates are £320 per 24 hour shift., Choice of day, night and weekend shifts
