Care Assistant

Location: Millfield Nursing Home - Cedar Park Drive, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S44 6XP

Salary: £12.21 - £12.46 per hour

Schedule/Hours: Full & Part-time available – Flexible for Day/Night

Role and Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
• Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
