Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with sound knowledge in Cardiology.
• Experience in health promotion and assessing.
• Welsh language skills at Level 3 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation programmes.
• Assess patients' needs and deliver education.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
