Campaign Manager

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our campaigns. You’ll lead integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable results. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact while collaborating with talented teams and fostering innovation. This is a fixed‑term role for 12 months, created to support our growing portfolio of events, including exciting new launches and acquisitions. While the role is initially fixed‑term, there may be opportunities to stay on as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage integrated campaign plans across digital and traditional channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to ensure brand and content alignment.
  • Use market research and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
  • Partner with the Data Operations Manager to leverage audience insights for targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
