Camp Dragon Teachers are at the heart of what we do, delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons in a multicultural setting. They are instrumental in helping students become more confident, and equipped with 21st-century communication skills. Teachers promote a culture of respect and understanding and they encourage our students to love learning through fun and engaging lessons. At SBC, teachers play a huge role in enriching our students' experience, making their time with us truly unforgettable. The Subject The Young Explorers Programme enhances language skills through imaginative, play-based learning rather than traditional classroom lessons. Teachers support students in using functional English throughout the day, integrating language organically into dynamic Discover, Develop and Dare sessions rooted in primary school subjects. Guided by the core Camp Dragon values of Safe, Brave and Curious, the programme encourages kindness, collaboration and the confidence to make mistakes as part of the learning journey. Through creativity, curiosity and supportive guidance, teachers help students build language skills, independence and a sense of community while exploring new topics, cultures and ways to express themselves.
Please see the attached Job description for a more complete list of the duties associated with the Camp Dragon Teacher role.
Please be aware that SBC may conduct online searches for shortlisted candidates as part of our legal duty to meet out safeguarding duties.
