• Substantial experience of Practice / Service Development and clinical leadership in adult mental health care or CAMHS.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of contemporary practice within CYPMH (CAMHS) services.
• Previous experience of managing within mental health services.

• Provide management and caseload supervision within specified teams.
• Act as a specialist advisor and contribute to governance arrangements.
