A leading healthcare institution in London is seeking a Business and Administrative Lead to oversee operational management and support the administrative team. This role involves working closely with senior clinical leaders to develop work plans and ensure effective service delivery. Ideal candidates will possess strong administrative and financial skills. Flexibility in working hours is offered to maintain a good work-life balance.
The postholder will play a key role in the Centre's operational management and will oversee the work of the administrative team. The Business and Administrative Lead will work with the Centre's senior clinical leaders to develop and implement workplans and activities across all areas of the Centre's work, taking an important role in the Centre's business, digital and financial planning. We would like to appoint a person who shares our values, aims and possesses excellent administrative, financial and business skills.
About our locations: Michael Rutter Centre based on the Maudsley Hospital site (headquarters). Our Trust headquarters is located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2) and is within walking distance from the beautiful green spaces of Ruskin Park and the vibrant high-street that offers great shopping opportunities and with a wide range of restaurants. (Due to move to the Pears Maudsley Children and Young People (PMCYP) at the Maudsley Hospital in late 2025/early 2026)
