• Lead the team with events and private functions.
• Provide accurate reporting to the General Manager about financial performance.

The role of a Counter Manager:

• Support the Delaunay Counter in all aspects including our unique retail, takeaway and dine-in offer.
• Lead the team with events and private functions that are rapidly increasing due to popularity.
• Build relationships with loyal guests who regularly visit the Counter - whilst maximising the opportunities for new corporate visitors.
• Provide accurate reporting to the General Manager about the financial performance and sales figures.
