Our client is seeking an experienced Mixologist with supervisory barista experience to lead the opening of this new café concept focused on health & wellness within their retail store.

Main Duties

• Demonstrate innovative skills in creating new menu items that reflect changing trends and seasons.
• Show passion about Health and Wellness and inspire the café team.
• Hire and onboard new staff.
• Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment within the café.
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as required.
• Maintain updated records of revenues and expenses (Set up of SOPs).
• Add new menu items based on seasonality and customer preferences (e.g., vegan coffee drinks).
• Advise staff on resolving client issues and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy.
• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and reputation.
• Support the Social Media Manager in engaging with customers through positive and creative content, promoting the concept and new drinks.

About you

• A hospitality professional passionate about health & wellness, with an understanding of nutritious ingredients.
• Trained Mixologist / Barista with café supervisory experience within a premium hospitality environment, with a creative flair and passion for developing new drinks.
• Able to oversee daily operations and implement Standards of Practice.
• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in a busy service environment.
• Must have the right to work in the UK, be well-presented, positive, energetic, with a genuine love for hospitality and interest in nutrition.
